I have not received this order as of yet. According to the USPS tracking website, the last notation is that it was transfered to the PO on 9/27. That was over a week ago. Is there any way to find out whether this has gone missing on USPS' end?

Sorry to hear that your order hasn't shown up yet! While there can sometimes be delays in the Post Office via Mail Innovations, I do suspect that you should have received your shipment by now. I have set up a replacement for the missing book in your pending subscription order #3290687. We expect to have all of our subscription orders for this month sent out within the next two weeks.

If your missing item does show up in the interim, please let me know and I can cancel the replacement. Otherwise, it should be on the way to you soon! Please feel free to let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with in the meantime.

Well, that original order finally arrived - a month later. Seriously, the management office told me it was delivered on Thursday, and it was postmarked on 9/27. Sounds like this is something stupid on my carrier's end.
