Problem with Paizo Order # 3319313

Hello,

Sent this in email last night but thought I would add it here.

I did not put the money on my pay as you go credit card because the last time I saw the order before the sample description, the shipping method was not correct. I want everything shipped via standard postal delivery and I have been charged for priority shipping. Paying $30 for a $40 book does does not make economical sense to me.

Can you please adjust this and let me know how much the new cost will be?

Sorry about that! It looks like your order needs a little extra poking and prodding. I've split it into two orders going standard post. You should get two emails confirming the updated order information.

Okay, the money is on the card now. I can't see the button to get the system to authorize again. If you can help out with that it would be awesome.

It looks like the system automatically retried it on Friday and the warehouse was able to process it for shipping.

Yes, thank you, but it did not do order 3324179. It appears to still be pending. I am guessing it might take a couple days to catch up to that one.

I just poked that order and it looks like the card should be good now.

Hello there,

Looks like your order #3315563 is doing just fine. Nothing seems to be wrong with it, it is just pending because our warehouse is a bit bogged down with Great Golem Sale orders, as well as subscriptions. It should be ready to ship once they reach your place in the queue.

I've given it a bit of a nudge, hopefully that will get it out of here a little more quickly. I don't have an exact timeframe for when that will be, but you should receive a shipping confirmation email once the warehouse has processed your order for shipping.
