Ultimate Psionics Soulbolt build help

I am really interested in playing a Soulbolt but have never played any type of Soulknife or even Archer. I know that most archers want Manyshot and Rapidfire... but beyond that I'm unsure of what is useful.

Does anyone have a good soulbolt build I could swipe? Or that they could explain to me?

Do you end up better off just going two weapon fighter soulknife...damage wise?

Can a Soulbolt take the Dark Tempest PrC?

Any help appreciated.

I believe that the Soulbolt does not actually qualify for the Dark Tempest PrC because it doesn't actually have the mindblade class feature.
