I have a dozen items waiting in my sidecart to be shipped with my subscription. Ideally, I'd like for these items to be shipped in the most economical way possible, even if that means I have to wait several months to receive them all. I'm not sure if it's possible for you to work out how to do that, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is not a way to set this up in the system.

However, if you want to check with us after your October subscription order gets generated, I'd be happy to double check the system to see that it ships the order as efficiently as it can.

Okay, Sharaya, I've just received notification that Order 3300074 (my next subscription order) is pending shipment, including all my sidecart items, with Shipping & Handling of $54.79 - which is more than the cost of the items ($35.60)! Normally my subscription shipping is $6.54, and it goes up to about $9 if a single extra item is added. Is it possible to work out a way of shipping these items with my next few subscription mailings that doesn't lead to punitive shipping costs, please? (I'm happy to help with the conundrum, if you can supply me with a list of your shipping charges.)

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to set it up in the system to ship sidecart items over several months. There is not a functionality for this in the system.

That said, it does look like the system is confused with the shipping and thinks it has to go Priority for some reason. After doing some poking, I was able to get it spilt up into two packages going to standard post instead. I've got those orders submitted (but suspended until you can look at them). It looks like the two standard post packages can ship at $14.94 and $18.64.

If that works for you, please let us know. Alternatively, if you want cancel anything or make any other changes, since we can't ship things over a few months, please let us know.


Yes, it's fine to ship the two packages the way you've got them set up now, so please go ahead and do that. Thanks for trying to coerce the system into doing what I wanted!


I see that both orders are still showing as "suspended" and "pending". Do I need to do anything to get them moving, or will that happen automatically?
