Order #3227678 still not received.

Hello,

I wanted you to know that I haven't received this order yet. It's been more than 6 to 10 days, and I've added some days to my wait because of potential hold ups, but a month has gone by.
Since there is no tracking on this package, it's also not easy to know where in the world it is. :)
I was wondering if you guys could help me out on how to handle the situation?
I've noticed that local online stores in Norway an such have the game, and usually I get my stuff from you before they do.
Hope you guys can help me out.

From what we can tell so far, it seems like some of these have been getting held up in customs offices.

Have you checked with your local post office or customs office to see if they have anything for you?


I've just been in contact with the postal service here. They've sent it back to you guys because I never came and picked it up at my local postal office. (They have a two week policy). They did not give me a notice that it was laying there either though, so I never knew it had arrived. Sorry to be bothering you.

My new question again will then be: Will you send it again when you get it in return? Or is it easier to "cancel" this order and just let me buy it here in Norway. I will probably buy it here anyways, now that the September release will arrive to me before the August release :) I really want to support you, that's why I subscribe in the first place, but I really want to play this game as soon as possible too :)


I also noticed that it's possible to track international packages from you. I got the tracking number from the Norwegian Postal Service and there I can see the roundabout that my package have had...
