History and Local seem to require some ranks of Social/ What earns those?

@Lam: the PK achievement advancement rate is 1/10th the normal kill rate. So 1,2,5,10... instead of 10,20,50,100...
I got my Socials through suicide, and avoided Reputation issues. I used a bleeding Effect, and thus could get my focus into inventory before it took damage.

Being in a party and doing measurable stuff in game would be a good addition to getting social.

How about buying a round in a tavern, or singing a song in a group, or chatting with the barmaid (or whoever the "regular" is in each of the KS backer taverns), or performing a service mission for another player (not in yet, but contract caravan escort, or upon completion), or interacting with a Goldenfire Wizard (turning in Onyx Gems, for example, or any other escalation NPC).
Just trying to come up with a different variety of stuff to get achievement completion checked off.
We know at this point that we're seeing only a small piece of what they're planning for Achievements. I look forward to pleasant surprises as they show us more opportunities.

Possible social points for being a company leader when the company hits 100, 200, 500, etc., Influence. Points per hour of spending that Influence on Feuds. Points for construction and upgrades of buildings when you're settlement leadership. Points for your company winning some Whatsit at the end of an escalation. Basically, I'd think a lot of stuff tied to Influence or DI expenditure might be related to Social point gains.

One does not get ranks of Social, it takes two.
