Calling all members of Forgeholm to report in! We have already begun group activities for the current Alpha, and are eager to have more members participate.

In addition, we are creating a membership roster and we request all members to log into the Forgeholm Website and participate in the current forum discussions. Sign up and join the site and be an active part of our community. :)

Yes, we Forgeholm Dwarves are operating in groups, so for any Forgeholm members that need an invite and want to learn the group dynamic please PM myself, Giorgo, Gaskon, of Lord of Elder Days. I am on frequently in the evening Eastern time US (GMT -4 I think it is currently). And we have good coverage with a group in Australia, several folks in Europe and Russia and a number in the US. We have gear, raw materials and recipes to share with members, so get involved!

I guess I misread your first message, I thought maybe I was to contact people in game to link myself to a company or some such, not pm here for application to the settlement (which i am already a member of since last month).

I'd still like to make it over to forgeholm though right now i'm way over by rathglen somewhere mining coal so i can work on smelting so i can make stuff to level so i can make an axe to use and armor.

But, if we have that sorta stuff available in Forgeholm I'd like to head that way and contribute there and be able to chat and group with other people in our settlement, instead of dying alone out here in the wilderness to the west.. :D

Maybe its just me, but the FH forums I see show 4 things:

news
lightbringer
stonebrew
crafter hall

I went into each of those but I see nothing regarding group activity at all and the only player info I see is under crafter hall for trades and a few professions others have taken up.

Should there be some additional options i'm not seeing? I'm also no longer listed under citizens.

I probably fit best under stonebrew being an axe wielding hardcore casual pvp crafter that I am. :D

Ahhh, I'd love to start participating and getting to know Forgeholm folks! Unfortunately, with 8.2, I crash within 30sec of loading my character.

I'm really hoping EE will be different, but I'm starting to lose hope...

I would like to thank everyone who participated in Fridays 10/03/14 combat gathering and monster bashing 3 hour activity, it was a very fun and "educational*" event. :)

* As in, to many to list here, but watch out for those melee AOEs...

Yes, the Deepforge site is still there, but most of the Deepforge "action" has been occurring on the Forgeholm site. Alas, we has forsaken the Deepforge site! But wait! There is still hope, once we man our settlement and begin performing company duties Deepforge will be active as a company once again!

For the rest of alpha we are going to try and base our buying and selling out of Ossian's because of its convenient location and access to ore and coal. If we concentrate our industry in one place we will be better able to access it

Worth noting that (at least in North America) a majority of folks are on DST, and that the linked chart really does mean EST, not EDT, so if you are on DST those times are off by an hour. (i.e., EST on the chart is GMT-5, but EDT (current) is GMT-4)

That will all change in a few weeks, when you silly people play with your clocks in the middle of the night and go back to real time.

Tarnor Silveraxe reporting for duty, I have found my way to ossians and will begin my genocide of ogres tomorrow, also, I gather every pile of rocks I find and will give them to Forgeholm crafters in ossians once every couple days, I gave fanndis a sizable contribution today.

The settlement of Forgeholm is active, and now undergoing escalation events. Recruitment for dwarves, dwarf-friends, future gnomes and halflings currently underway. :)
