Hey guys,
I haven't been on here for more than five years. Recently, I have shown up for "In Service of" scenario. There are few things that I had messed up on my account. I don't know what to do.
1. Fraction: First time, I signed up like 2005/06 (I think), I chose Osirion at the time. After the recent first session, I switched over to Shadow Lodge, which doesn't exist in Season Six. Is there anyway that I can switch back to my old fraction or to another fraction without spending Prestige Points?
2. I have two characters now. one is very old from years ago at Season One, and one is from now Season Six. I had two sessions for my old character and one session for my new character, but one of sessions for my old character has disappeared. What should I do on this issue?
3. Related to second question, my new Season Six character's session is listed under my old character's sessions. What should I do?
Please help me on those. Thank you, guys.

First of all, welcome back to PFS. Now for your questions:
1.) Since Shadow Lodge does not exist and therefore no longer a valid faction choice, you would be able to change to Scarab Sages (Formerly Osirion) without paying the normal faction change cost.
2.) As long as you have the chronicle for that session, you would be fine as the chronicle is the final word. I would keep that chronicle safe as it is the only proof you have of that scenario.
3.) Contact the event coordinator and let them know the situation. They would be the ones able to make the correction. If you are not able to contact the event coordinator, your local Venture-Officer would be able to make that correction.

Since Shadow Lodge does not exist and therefore no longer a valid faction choice, you would be able to change to Scarab Sages (Formerly Osirion) without paying the normal faction change cost.
You are actually required to choose a new faction the first time you play the character again. Starting season 5, no character may play as Shadow Lodge or Lantern Lodge and is required to choose a new faction.
You do not have to choose Scarab Sages (Osirion) again if you like a different faction better. Also, during season 6, each character may change factions once for free. Since choosing a faction other than Shadow Lodge is not considered a faction change, but a neccessary choice because Shadow Lodge has been retired, you can still change your faction later during season 6 if you're not happy with your chosen faction.
