So, I decided to draw together almost every scary template to create the creepiest adversary ever. The result is almost hilariously complex, and I have no idea what CR it actually is.

I also don't have a clear idea of what its story is, and it needs a good story to explain the ludicrous mishmash of templates. Anyone have any ideas?

Also, as a combat encounter, I'm having trouble thinking of any particularly standout strategy.
