I me and a group of my friends are trying to join the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Game but the characters we have chosen from the Skulls and Shackles Base set are missing from character selection. Are we in-eligible to register unless we play Rise of the Rune Lords?

I me and a group of my friends are trying to join the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Game but the characters we have chosen from the Skulls and Shackles Base set are missing from character selection. Are we in-eligible to register unless we play Rise of the Rune Lords?
For the pathfinder society adventure card guild organized play the legal characters are the characters from the class decks as the class decks are required for organized play. Several of the Skull and Shackles base set characters do not have class decks currently (magus and gunslinger for example).
Thank you so much that makes much more sense. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer. We have more decks coming but Pazio has all of our stuff and subscription items backordered apparently. The two characters we were referring to was the magnus and gunslinger. I can only hope those decks come out soon.
