Happy gaming! Before you sit down at your first table, make sure you're well-prepared. Read over the scenario beforehand! I find it helps me a lot if I print it out and use different colors to highlight things of note...dialog, skill check DCs, hazards, etc. If you have any questions about the scenario beforehand, this forum is perfect for answers. There are threads for most of the scenarios out there already. Here's the one for The Confirmation. There's also some great, very helpful prep info to be found here. Also, it probably wouldn't hurt to read through the GMing chapter of the guide to organized play.
I hope you and your players have some good sessions!

I had the exact same question . We are just starting to run PFS, here . We ran first steps Friday. I was disappointed that the later two scenarios are retired.
Glad to see your suggestions.
Also are there any good scenarios that are related? Coming from the LG world I'm not used to having so many scenarios to choose from.

Several other good scenarios, that at least tie into themselves:
1-51 and 1-52 the City of Strangers series. Though many of the early faction missions were McGuffins, the Taldan mission by far takes the cake. Well worth the RP involved. Your players and yourself will never forget it! You'll know it when you see it. It echoes through our game store regularly.
2-01 and 2-02 the Before the Dawn series. Again, part 1 is well done with some good consequences for the PCs. Part 2. Well. It's hard to explain. Your players will soil themselves, and then the awe will set in.
Season 3 Quest for Perfection series. 1 and 3 bookend the series nicely. Part 2 played right, can also be memorable.

I would recommend First Steps too, not only is there a great variation of things to do but you also meet some great characters (Aunty Bantwin and the Paracountess are great to roleplay).
Also it is designed solely for Level 1 Characters so if your players are first timers too than it will be very balanced for them.
Although if you are reluctant or not confident enough to voice some of the characters than it may be problematic as it is quite a social scenario. (a.k.a quite a few distinct NPC personalities and chats).

My players are afraid of Auntie Baldwin and anyone that I use her face for now!
Last time I ran First Steps, our young pathfinder bull rushed poor Auntie Baldwin 15 feet back into a wall without reason cause she was scary looking and spent the rest of the game hiding from the town guard when he realized he had done something wrong and she started calling the guards.

When I played First Steps, a cleric of Urgathoa cast cause fear on Auntie Baltwin in an effort to get her out of the room. She made her Will save and ran downstairs to summon the town guard. Another character downstairs saw her running and decided to perform a trip maneuver on her -- using one of the children.
My inquisitor snuck out the back door to report to Lady Ollystra rather than deal with the fallout.

If you're running with a consistent group of players, you might also want to check out Master of the Fallen Fortress and First Steps. Both are free downloads, and the three adventures make a pretty good starting storyline.
I'm nor sure about Master of the Fallen Fortress . I don't see how a first level party :
