Order #3293342 - No tracking information

I got my shipping confirmation for Order #3293342 last Friday. Normally it would have arrived by now, but UPS does not even have shipping information for it. Their site advised me to contact the shipper if it did not have information after 3 days.

Thanks for letting us know! Unfortunately, we've got the same tracking information you do, so I can't see exactly where your order is. It looks like it was processed to leave our warehouse on Friday the 19th, with an estimate of 4 8 business days. Since it has been 4 business days, I would say to give your order until sometime in the middle of next week to arrive.

I do know that sometimes Mail Innovations is not super diligent about scanning their packages regularly, so it can take a bit longer for tracking info to update.

If it hasn't shown up by Wednesday of next week, please let me know and I will be glad to assist you from there.

The order arrived today, it must have just been on the late side of the target and missed a scan. Thank you for the help.
