Okay, so I'm planning to advance the NPC cast along with the PCs as the story progresses, but I'm not sure what I should be adding to them, because I want to add things that make sense flavor-wise rather than what would be beneficial for the PCs. Does anyone have character sheets of the WotR NPC cast as they progress in levels throughout the last three books, or perhaps suggestions on what to give them? Especially Horgus, because I figure he's not going to be the type of rogue that does acrobatic flips and consistent sneak attacks.

The books progress the characters for you.

They list the levels, but not things like feats, skills, and equipment progression.
