What country is Absalom in?

I'm looking at the Parade Armor from Adventurer's Armory and it gives some social bonuses if you wear it in the country it's from. It has the exact same stats as Studded Leather so I figure there's no reason not to wear it.

But I can't figure out what country Absalom is in..any help?

I believe the short answer is that it is its own city state, not apart of a proper country.

It's on the Isle of Kortos, and is effectively its own nation.

Politically the city of Absalom is in the country of Absalom.
