Ok so I had a few ideas and I wanted to know
Q1:Are these usable by a PC
Young Template
Advanced Template

Q2: Could you stack these together to reduce a creatures size down to small, but then allow you to offset most of those drawbacks.

Not sure for PFS. But generally speaking then yes. There are no rules against stacking templates as long as you live up to their requirements. None of the two templates you talked about have any special requirements (outside the no dragons and barghests).

Most sane GM's will disallow the combo because it would be insanely good for a lot of builds.

Mostly for the +8 Dex bonus, but that can be nerfed via GM Fiat but yes a +8 bonus to Dex would be an AMAZING bonus not to mention the +4 to all other stats (Int, Wis, and Cha) but atleast you are not feeble (-4 Str and Con)

1. Only by GM Fiat. Templates are mostly GM tools.

2. Yes, you could, but remember that CR building is an art not a science so you could get something a lot stronger than what the book says you are getting if you apply certain things to certain monsters.
