Heggel question

When Heggel uses his ability to add 1d4 to any roll by revealing an ally, am I correct in assuming that he may only use this power once per role, or can he use multiple ally buffs on a single roll?

Any power can only be used once per check or step of an encounter

Powers can only be used once per check. If the wording on it were along the lines of "reveal any number of allies and add a 1d4 to any check per ally revealed", then you would be correct. Otherwise, its just the one 1d4.

He's perhaps still broken. RotR Lini nearly was. :3

Okay, "broken" is probably too strong a word. But RotR Lini is arguably the strongest character in RotR, and it's because of her reveal ability which Heggal also has.

But then Heggal has to deal with a pooer deck list and can't put as many feats into the reveal ability, so...

Well, we played a game and let the player run it like that, and he basically collected allies until he had a hand of 5, and then proceeded to get +5d4 on every roll (+5-20) which is absolutely insane.

It was fun, but afterward, I was like, let's check with PAIZO...
