After having gone through Inner Sea World Guide, what is the best player resource for more information about Katapesh?
I am looking more for information that helps understand and build the character background than I am for mechanical crunch. The character is for PFS play, but I don't expect that to make a large difference.

Dark Markets - A Guide to Katapesh
Also, look into the Legacy of Fire AP for more background.

A player-friendly supplement is the Player's Guide for the Legacy of Fire AP. It is, of course, written under 3.5 rules, but it should be helpful nonetheless.

Alright, it seems that either the Dark Markets or Players Guide to Legacy of Fire is what I most likely want.
Obviously there is going to be quite a bit of difference since one is twice the length of the other. Can anyone give a comparison of the content for someone creating a character from that nation?
Thanks so much!

There is probably the same amount of character information in both the Player's Guide and Dark Markets. The rest of Dark Markets concentrates on GM information for the city of Katapesh, and to a lesser extent, the surrounding countryside. Both the Legacy of Fire AP and Dark Markets are 3.5 OGL, not Pathfinder so you may need to make some minor adjustments. The various essays and set pieces in the Legacy of Fire AP are also useful. There is also the Broken Chains module, which is set in Katapesh. Finally, People of the Sands, while focused on Osirion, still has its uses for a game set in Katapesh.

Bret and I are both playing characters from Katapesh, and we're going through PFS. we're not worried about GM stuff so much as getting the flavor of where we are from so that we can roleplay it better.
We both read the Qadira book, which gave us some idea of the Keleshite mentality, but I figure that is a bit like saying: "I read a travel guide to Italy and know everything there is to know about the French." I like to get deep into characters.
Thanks for the recommendations!
