Help Building? Bladebound Magus / Bonded Witch

Advice

Hello all! So, I've recently started building a character after a very, very long hiatus from Pathfinder and want to know if my character concept is entirely viable.

I'd like to create a Half-Elf Bladebound Magus and Bonded Witch.

The bonded object for Witch will also be the Magus' black blade. Would the synergy between these classes work at all?

Was also thinking of adding in Hexcrafter and/or Hex Channeler. The semi-free healing [sort of lacking in our party at the moment] would be nice. And the ability to cast curses through my weapon would also be good, I think.

Not to mention, I really, really, like the flavor of a sort of a hex bending magus who was taught strange new powers by their strange sentient weapon.

So.. yeah. What do you all think? Do I have my character's fingers in too many pies or would this possibly work in a campaign?

The blackblade archetype says you can't have a familiar, even from another class.

The black blade is a class feature, so not technically an object, which means you would not be able to use the feat-less crafting of the bonded witches item to enhance it. This seems a bit of a waste of the witch class feature and the spells the bonded witch feature unlocks through a weapon aren't all that awesome either, especially for a one spell per day feature.

You'd probably be better to stick to just one class rather than dilute your caster level. Casters generally suffer from multiclassing.

Seems it would be easier to do a Hexcrafter/Bladebound combo magus and avoid the multiclassing issues. The magus will only be able to cast magus spells, not witch spells, when wearing armor. Curses are not spells, so you can't cast them through your blade, either.

A gnome magus can put conductive on their black blade with the arcane pool feature, thanks to racial favoured class bonuses, which would allow any touch and ranged touch hexes (there are not many, and most of those are intended to be beneficial) to be used through your blackblade as part of a melee attack - though gnomes are otherwise suboptimal as magi.

Yeah, as you say, the downside to that is you have to play a gnome. You have a strength penalty, which really hurts a magus, smaller weapon size, which also hurts, and worst of all, you have to be a gnome.

Another argument in favor of not multiclassing; your black blade will seriously suffer as a result. If you want to be a better caster than a magus but want a black blade, go with the Arcanist/(InsertMartialHere)/EldrichKnight. At least that has a high payoff for being a multiclass.
