Bloodrager archer?

Advice

So, with the bloodrager, a lot of fighty arcane prestige classes become somewhat more interesting. So I was wondering how to make the best Bloodrager+arcane archer. Any ideas? I was thinking vanilla bloodrager+destined bloodline.

Sovereign Court

Fey bloodline can give you some tactical advantage, like teleporting from trees to trees, leaping away, staggering foes with critical hits etc...

Elemental Bloodline, maybe? Flying Archers can be pretty neat.

Seems moderately suboptimal to use bloodrager for arcane archer.
1. You need to carry two bows, one composite for your pre-rage stats, one for your post-rage stats.
2. Bloodrager only gets a smattering of spells. "+1 spellcasting level" on 8/10 levels and the like for bloodrager isn't really great considering what you give up.

You'd just get an adaptive bow, surely?

Yeah, Adaptive on your bow would be pretty much required.

But, in all honesty, I don't see the point. Raging doesn't really improve your archery much at all (a 2-4 extra damage an arrow and some HP/Will saves that you likely won't need because you're at range).

That said, it's definitely a thing you could do. Would it be any good? I 'unno.

Sorry for any necromancy on the thread but:

How about the Urban Bloodrager? Put that rage bonus into dex, pick up Arcane strike at lvl 5?

Most first level bloodrage powers only benefit melee strikes. Take a Bloodline familiar to replace them.
