Order 3084379 Problem

I have sent two emails about this previously (one on August 9th, and another on August 19th) and received no response, so if there is an issue with my emails reaching you I suppose this post will circumvent that.

My copy of the Pathfinder Adventure Card game deck 5, Sins of the Saviors, has two of the same deck inside the box instead of two different decks (so I have two copies of half of the cards I need to play the adventure). My group just reached deck 5 the night before I sent the first email and we were disappointed to not be able to continue. And then we were disappointed again every subsequent time that we wished to play and could not because my emails were met with the silence of an empty inbox. One of my friends keeps threatening to just go buy another one, but I am still hoping for some sort of answer to our problem.

Please help. I am sad and having card game withdrawals.
