Hey Indefatiguable Legends of CS,

I received an email alerting me that the payment method for this order was declined. This is the same payment method used for the purchase mentioned in THIS thread - apparently that was a problem on your end.

Can you confirm that there is a problem with the payment method? I have used this payment method for every purchase I have made from Paizo...

Ok, I checked my bank - it looks like the funds have gone through - Sharaya can you confirm the subscription is in the works?

And once it has left the warehouse/shipped can I use my 15% discount to purchase other Paizo products? Looking to purchase a non-mint Fires of Creation if any are left by the time my discount kicks in. ;)

Would a non-mint book be further discounted, or does that count as a discount on a discount?

Yes, the subscription is in the works. Just in the pending queue, waiting until the warehouse has a chance to ship it. What you are seeing on our account now should just be a temporary authorization. The charge will be finalized when it ships from the warehouse. More details about our billing process can be found here.

We are hoping to start shipping September subscription orders tomorrow and it usually takes a couple of weeks to get everything shipped out. You should see a shipping update by the 26th.

The Pathfinder Advantage discount does become active on your account after your first Adventure Path subscription item ships from the warehouse. More details about the Pathfinder Advantage discount can be found here.

The Pathfinder Advantage discount does not stack with other discounts. The system applies whichever is the greater discount for a given item. So, it does not stack with the non-mint discount.

On that note, it looks like at the time your subscription was started, starting the subscription with Iron Gods #1 should have been an option for you. I may be able to reset that to be the starting item, if you would like.

Yes, starting with #1 is preferable - it was not an option to get #1 when I went to start the subscription. I thought I had merely leftit too late.

I suspect is may have just shifted out as a starting option, but since we haven't finished this month's authorization run yet, I can still make it work. So, I've done some poking and prodding and your subscription should be starting with Iron Gods #1 now. You should get an email confirming this updated order information.
