Is there a Golarion analog of Tibet? And possibly Nepal?
I was looking through the what kind of AP do you want to see next year thread in Adventure Paths and I thought that a cool idea would be to cross the concepts of an Underdark/Journey to the center of the earth Campaign and the movie Big Trouble in Little China.
Only move it to a Tibetan/Himalayan locale and incorporate legends like tunnels underneath Tibetan monasteries that link them below ground.
My other idea would primarily concern Vudra but have a possible Tibetan/Nepal angle: Have an AP that utilizes ideas from the Bhagavad Gita and some of the Alternate History quackery. Have Yeti shock troops and monks that hide their Dark Tapestry monasteries in near vertical cliff cities.
Anyway, my ideas would be for nothing if there were no analog to Tibet/Nepal...

We've said that there are tunnels through the Darklands that emerge in Jinin.
Jinin is right next to Zi Ha, so it seems plausible to assume passages extend under Zi Ha, too; monasteries could well cap their exits to protect the surface world.

The Tibet analogue is Zi Ha, the homeland of the Samsarans. I'd link you over to the PathfinderWiki page on it, but sadly right now it's just a stub. We haven't really gotten a lot of info on it beyond the Dragon Empires Gazetteer and Primer.
Zi Ha draws more from Bhutan from inspiration.
