No response to Emailed Customer Service Problems

I signed up for the infamous subscription on Aug 22nd. I've had a slew of problems since. I've emailed Customer Service (very inconvenient calling hours for my timezone!). The first time was on Aug 30th, then a followup + additional issues on Sept 4th. I've yet to get a response on either.
Here are the issues
1) I haven't received my subscription - I realize that you are having major issues, but it now shows that I have to wait until the very end of Sept? That doesn't seem reasonable, but if I do get it then I'll be satisfied.
2) I need to change my email address for my username. When I attempt to, it says that I need to update my birth date - but there is no place on any form that I can find to do so.
3) My Credit card has expired - and when I go in to update it - it will not save changes. I've done it numerous times.

I've loved Paizo for a long time, but now your handling of Customer Service has been terrible! How long is the turn time on answering email customer service requests? 2 weeks?

I'm sorry we haven't responded to your emails yet. We've been receiving an unusually high number of emails over this summer, and are trying to get caught up on the backlog as quickly as we can.

I'm trying to find your emails in the inbox, since this is sensitive information, and will need to follow up with you via email, however I am unable to locate an emails from this email address or the name that is listed on your Paizo.com account.

Please email me directly at sharaya@paizo.com. Please include a link to this thread as well as the birthdate that should be entered on your account (and the last 4 digits of the old/expired card on your account, so I can verify that it is you), and we can start straightening things out from there.
