Mount Lance Pounce question: does my slightly toned down version work?

I've been looking through some old threads, and most of them focus on Barbarians trying to get multiple attacks at x3 damage. My situation is a bit different.

Tannen is a PFS character who just made it to level 2. He is Human with one level in Roughrider Fighter, and took his 1 level dip into Feral Hunter at second. Tannen bought a Tiger (it is not part of any class feature Tannen has), her name is Scheherezade. Tannen also owns a very nice lance. Tannen has Mounted Combat, Ride-by Attack, and Spirited Charge.

If Tannen and Scheherezade charge together, Tannen (arguably) hits first with his lance doing his 1 attack at x3 damage. Because of Ride-by Attack, he can continue to move (up to twice Scheherezade's movement speed minus anything moved already in the round) but can no longer attack or take any standard or move actions. (I'm not sure about swifts.)

Scheherezade however, has not made any attacks as part of her charge. If I use my Ride-by to bring her up to pounce range, I see no reason she shouldn't be able to. It would end my movement in the enemy's threatened range and not in mine, as tigers do not Spring-Attack, but I think its the build I'm going for.

Are there any RAW problems with this build?

That looks like a solid rules interpretation to me. In fact, I'd say that use of ride-by-attack follows the rules clearer than its intended function (which defies the requirement that you move directly towards the target).

You can definitely take a swift action at any point during a charge. You can take a swift action at any time you could take a free action (though obviously only once per turn).

Spring attack in this case wouldn't help even if the tiger had the feat, as the full-round action required to spring attack prevents the tiger from taking the full-round action needed to charge (and thus use pounce).

looks OK

Just remember that in a few levels time your normal, not animal compnion, tiger will probably get killed pretty much every time you charge a CR appropriate opponent

You don't even need Spring Attack for it.

I think I'll be okay. Roughrider has a number of things that improve mundane mounts' defensive abilities, but mostly I'm going to be relying on Ride skill using Indomitable Mount, Mounted Combat, and Trick Riding to defend the tiger. Also, the mount would only proc AoOs when it moved through threatened squares, which it only does after I attack. At that point I'm in Ride-by mode, which specifies that neither Tannen nor his mount will be subject to AoOs from the opponent I attack.
