I am generally not one to use posting history when I decide how I feel about a poster. However, it bears pointing out that the wide spectrum of highly respected posters (a few of which rarely agree, or even show up in the same thread) have weighed in on this (certainly not me, no self-aggrandizing please). One of whom you just dressed down with some fairly inflammatory sentiment. You may find it interesting to click on wraith's user page and thumb through some of his posts (may actually be better to click on "favorited by others" because there are just so many otherwise.) I think you will find that not only is wraith an accomplished GM, but he also us a veritable fount of information regarding game mechanics, campaign management, and being a creative and adaptable GM. That last part is very important, you are talking about an advocate of GM spontaneity and suggesting he can't hack it.
I think you should reconsider your critique unless you can point to specific personal experience running a successful game over a long timeframe with widely disparate power levels. In which case, please share your experiences and begin to build your reputation.
