Mythic feats on a nonmythic game

I really like some mythic feats, specially some i believe they are specially good for martial classes. However do anyone have idea how to implement them on a non-mythic game? i dont like mythic rules as a whole, just like the feats, however many depend on mythic tiers which im not planning to use. Do anyone have suggestion of how to do this?

I just let people take mythic combat reflexes baseline and mythic weapon finesse becomes "improved weapon finesse".

The simplest approach I could see is going off of the loose guideline of "one tier per two levels" and granting a mythic feat every four levels. However, some of the feats in question require expending uses of mythic power to use fully, so that could be a sticking point.

If the NPCs get to do this as well, expect some serious rocket tag happening without the large survivability boosts that full-fledged mythic characters get.

I agree, the base effect (the make as many AoO as you like) of mythic combat reflexes should be part of the combat reflexes feat.

The mythic weapon finesse should be a regular feat.
I also think that mythic guided hand should be a normal feat.

I would just do it feat by feat instead of having a blank rule letting all of them in the game.

Actually i retract what i said about mythic combat reflexes and combat reflexes, the come and get me rage power exists.

Also i think that the valiant vault mythic feat should be a regular feat.
