Celestial Servant Setting Intel To 6

Can someone tell me where it says this? I made a Aasimer Nature Oracle with the Celestial Servent Feat like 2 months ago. Today someone asked why i had 6intle and i told them it was from the feat. But now I cant find where it says it sets the animals intel to 6. Did I just derp when i made this animal companion? I swear it got the 6 intel from somewhere but i cant remember where, please help :C
Dont remember where i read it but it said that it set it exactly to 6, not that it give +X number of intel.

From the nature's oracle bonded mount feature.

Bonded mounts have an Intelligence score of at least 6.

Adding the celestial template is not germaine.

Paladins can get a mount that basically has these qualities, and it specifically sets their intelligence to 6. The feat, however, doesn't seem to give that bonus.

Thank you! Didnt even think to check the revelation itself because i thought it was only gonna tell me how it works like a druid of the same level. This Helps me out a ton ^-^
