My order status is pending. Its been 14 days since i submitted my order. Sent three emails about it, no answer.

Can you fix this asap please.

I apologize for the delay in response to your emails. I've looked into your order #3227153, and it seems that your Iconic T-shirts are the culprits that are holding up your order. It took a while for us to receive our stock back from GenCon, and they are not yet ready to be sent out.

If you would like the rest of your order to be sent out immediately, I could put the shirts into your sidecart to be sent with your next available subscription shipment. Otherwise, the order will remain pending until the shirts are available before shipping out.

Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I may be able to assist you with in the meantime.
