I apologize for the delay in response to your emails. I've looked into your order #3227153, and it seems that your Iconic T-shirts are the culprits that are holding up your order. It took a while for us to receive our stock back from GenCon, and they are not yet ready to be sent out.
If you would like the rest of your order to be sent out immediately, I could put the shirts into your sidecart to be sent with your next available subscription shipment. Otherwise, the order will remain pending until the shirts are available before shipping out.
