I'd say probable Aasimar Angelkin.

He wields some kind of pole arm, reach would be good.

He acts (ascetically) very similar to Ragatheil in terms of personality.

Paladin, WP, Blood rager, Magus (and probably more) all fit his personality but others may fit the mechanics better.

He teleports around the battlefield.

Extremely agile.

Wings or flight.

Strong fire magic.

Probably divine casting although arcane would be fine.
