Precise Strike with a 1 handed weapon in 2 hands

Does a Swashbuckler using a 1 handed weapon with 2 hands lose out on Precise Strike damage?

Should.
Since it specifies no weapon in your other hand, but you would have a weapon in it when you two hand.
Thats my guess

"To use this deed, a swashbuckler cannot attack with a weapon in her other hand " your two handing so there is a weapon there.
