Hi,

First issue is that while I have received my books (at GenCon), the associated PDFs have not been added to my downloads. Both books (Advanced Class Guide and Technology Guide) were part of subscriptions.

Second issue is that I was double charged for those books ($64.18). I had spoken to Sharaya either the Friday or Monday before GenCon in order to straighten out a Pending status on the order for those books. The other half, S&S Base Set and Add-On deck, was previously charged on 8/6 ($68.46). She said that there was some issue with payment method (I think my credit card is in the system twice) and would push it through. There was a charge that went through on 8/11 for $64.18 then when I went to pick up my S&S stuff and my books (on Thu at the Paizo booth), I was told that it didn't show in the system that the books were paid for. So I got charged again that hit my account on 8/15 for $64.18.

When I called last week about it, I was told that your system showed only one charge yet I verified with my bank that there are two, one on 8/11 and one on 8/15. How do we resolve this? I sent an email last week but hadn't heard anything yet.

Lastly, I purchased all the Class Decks at GenCon. (Well, purchased 6 and got one for free.) When I opened the Wizard deck, I found a clump of cards stuck together. 4-5 cards look like they got stuck together when they were sealed together and there is damage to the fronts and backs of those cards. When would be a good time (approximately, since I know you don't have stock) to readdress this issue?

I've issued you a refund of $64.18 at this time, generally transaction reversals take 2 to 5 business days to be processed by the receiving financial institution and appear in your account.

I'm still uncertain to the arrival date of the Class Decks at this time, if you want to check back in with us mid to late next week we'd be glad to give you any updates regarding the availability of replacement cards at that time. :)

Those should have actually been added to your Downloads when they were processed for pickup at GenCon. I gave the system a quick poke and they should now be displaying in your My Downloads section.

In addition I see that you were able to get the card sleeves at the convention, and I've cancelled the ones we had suspended in our system incase you were unable to get them at the con. :)

Thank you. I saw it was cancelled. I was waiting until all this other stuff was done before asking to have that cancelled.
