would anyone like to DM? (online, skype, roll 20)

Gamer Connection

hey, i have a group of four, including myself, we use roll 20 and skype, but we have no DM for pathfinder, and i really want these guys to have a good dm for their first campaign in pathfinder, i myself am not too great a DM, anyone wanna?

Hello! I suggest including a bit more information if you want to find a DM that is right for the group.

The first is including what times the group wants to meet or can meet would be a big help here. It will be the biggest potential issue any group can run into as scheduling for a larger number of people can be difficult for any DM. Need a DM that can be available when the group is to play.

I get that the group is mostly new, does that include you as well? Any experience at all? What about with Roll20?

Next would be the campaign. Do they have an idea what sort of characters they want to make already? Have they built characters? Do they have a basic concept or idea? What sort of story or campaign do the players want? Heavy combat, light combat, lots of story and roleplay, or a mix of everything?

Basic answers to all or even most of those would be a huge benefit to any DM looking at this. I've helped teach a new group I met via the Paizo boards once before so I do have some experience in this area.

well, i do have a bit of experience, but i and everyone else really do want more, we all have experience on roll 20 and quite a few other table top games, any week day after 3pm Ptz time would work splendidly ^`^, a few people have already made characters, at level five, including a drow, a rat alchemist, and a homebrew fungus druid O.O.

campaign wise, i feel a good mix of everything would be great, but not 100% necessary if the DM had something else in mind, as whomever wishes to DM would have full decision on the campaign

I have never run an online campaign or used roll20, but I have been running a home campaign for several years. I would be willing to DM, but due to time issues I prefer to use adventure paths rather than a home brew. If you are interested email me at seelietremere@gmail.com and we can discuss details.

Roll20 is free and extremely user friendly. While there is a lot of depth if you want it to have, it's actually surprisingly simple to use if you just want combat maps and for rolling dice. Highly recommend it.

I have looked the program over and it looks easy enough that I am not worried about being able to figure it out
