Issue with order 3064293‏

Hello,
I would like to know if, by any chance, the package #2 of order 3064293 was returned to Paizo.
I got the first package (with 2 items), but not the other one. Im missing more than half's the order products.

For the record, its a package with a bunch of maps.

I just reviewed the shipment and I see why you're concerned about this. Unfortunately we don't have tracking available for international shipments, but with how far past their originally estimated arrival times your maps have gone I've set replacement copies to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment.

If the missing package arrives back here we'll make sure to reprocess it. If it arrives at your location make sure to let us know so we can cancel the replacements. Thanks for checking in with us!

Hello, im glad that the missing items are being sent again on Order #3166571.
But i could not help but notice that im being charged an extra for the map packs shippment, which i have already paid for on the original Order (3064293).

Normally, the shipping for the 3 items being sent on this order go for 12,59 USD (you can check on previous orders), but this time the Shipping is costing me a total of 30,90 USD.

If i didnt get a refund on the original shipping, why im being charged twice?

Sorry about that! It looks like the system had some problems calculating the normal vs. free replacement shipping correctly. I've done some poking to the order and refunded part of the shipping cost back to you.
