Hi All.
There seems to be a chunk of store credit (76.62) applied to my account, that I do not know where it came from.
The only thing I can think of is: recently I had a pending order canceled (This order was to be added to my subscriptions, but then I lost my job. yadda yadda, and had to cancel the order. It stayed pending for a couple months. (Order: 3080696) . I am pretty sure my card was never charged for this transaction. (Maybe it was? Or I used store credit(gift certificate) and forgot about it?)
Could you look into this please? Don't want to spend it if it was an error.

Things ended up being really busy today and I was unable to fully investigate what happened. It looks a bit complicated on our end of the system, and I'm trying to figure out where all the strings forming this knot lead to. Thanks for your patience, I'll try to have this resolved tomorrow. :)

I was able to give this a full investigation today and I see what's occurred. I'll have an email explaining what happened, but it looks like the store credit is due to an error in the system. I'll try to have the email headed your way tomorrow afternoon (I'm about to disappear for the night). :) I know I've said it a few times already, but I really do appreciate your patience!
