Hello fine folks.

With the add on deck being pushed back, my carefully crafted order to take advantage of the shipping discount now no longer applies. I assume it is too late to add any items to my order to bring it back up to $100.00 to qualify for the shipping discount?

Is there a way to throw in a pack of the Serpent's Skull dice to bring it back above the thresh hold without delaying things too much?

I will add them to my side cart, if you can move them over and get the math to work out please do so, unless there is another workaround.

I did some more math, the dice I added don't balance out the add on deck being removed. I added two more items to my sidecart. Hopefully those three, if moved to my current order, will get me back to the $10.00 off shipping threshold.

Now I just need those all to ship so I can calculate what I need to add to get September to the $10.00 cutoff. Hopefully tomorrow we will get to that point?

You do realize that Customer Service works from Bottom Up, so every bump pushes you back down to the bottom of the work pile.

Not a fact. Posts days later than my original post have been answered, but hey, it's good to have a conversation with someone anyway.

I am beginning to think that cancelling things left and right until whatever is holding up me getting access to my AP sub is resolved is my only remaining strategy. A week since I posted here about how moving my order to the next month would effect my shipping, and as of yet no response.

I am a pretty patient guy, but I need a response to come soon as to what is going on and what needs to be done to resolve what is now a ridiculous delay.

please, for the love of Desna, SIDECART ANYTHING THAT IS HOLDING UP MY SHIPMENT AND SEND THE DARN THING OUT ALREADY. As my requests to throw even more money at you to fix my shipping have been ignored and were simply added to next month anyway, I am at a loss for what the problem is.

General, we work from the bottom up, unless we are searching for time pressing things, like cancellations. Also, if multiple reps are on the board at once, we try to work in different areas so we don't accidentally overlap. So, about 90% of the time, it's bottom up.

In any case, we've had a huge backlog lately, and the phones were crazy last week, so it was more difficult than normal to stay on top of the messageboards. Please know that we are not trying to ignore anyone, we just have a lot of backlog to work through at this time, and it is taking longer than we would like to get caught up. I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

We were trying to make sure that orders that were still close to the $100.00 shipping estimate still got the First Ten Shipping discount, however, we do not have a systematic way to apply this, so are tweaking things manually as we can.

Your order is currently on a packing list to be picked by the warehouse, so it should be shipping in soon. Based on the stack of packing lists down there, it it logistically too late to pull it to add the actual discount. I have instead granted your account $10.00 in store credit to make up for the shipping discount difference.
