The rules for Vanities, Prestige Awards, Businesses, etc. are presented in the Pathfinder Society Field Guide. IIRC, it is only 2PP to join a Hunter's Lodge, with no other requirements.
You have to own the book, of course, though.

Depends on what your definition of "organization" is.
In addition to membership in one's faction and the Pathfinder Society as a whole, there are many organizations, cults, clubs, and societies to which Pathfinders may belong. All of these memberships are available in Absalom automatically - whether or not memberships are available in other cities depends on the GM.
It's technically a Membership, I suppose, under the bigger header of Vanities.

The hunters lodge works however you want it to. You can say that you're a member of the Trophy Wall consortium that owns a giant sprawling vacation villia in mawangi and you arrange tours out of there or you can be one person standing on an absolom street corner holding a sign that says "will guide you to big game for food"

thx, what confuses me is that to get a membership you need 20 fame and 1PP. But for the Hunters Lodge (with the book) it is just 2PP but no fame restriction.
So if I understand this correctly I could get a membership at the HL either by paying the 2PP now or wait until I have 20Fame and then pay 1PP ?

Fame 20
This is the typical Fame of an adventurer who has completed several adventures and whom the public is starting to take notice of.
Initiate (Title, 1 PP): A powerful organization accepts you into its ranks. This could be a knighthood, a sagacious cabal of mages, or an order of monks. One skill appropriate to that organization becomes a class skill for you. You may select this title multiple times; each time you select it, you choose an appropriate organization to join and another skill that becomes a class skill. The GM determines whether an organization is available and what skills are appropriate choices for it.

So when would one use the Ultimate Campaign rules?
Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Ultimate Campaign
Refer to page 10 in the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play for rules on utilizing character retraining.
Note: Race traits are only available for characters of the associated race. Religion traits are only available for characters of the associated religion.
Traits: all traits listed on pages 51-64 are legal for play except corpse cannibal, hedge magician, natural-born leader, rich parents, and unblemished barrel.
Nothing about Prestige or Fame from Ultimate Campaign is legal for play in PFS.

Ah well that would explain the trouble I was having in bringing those sources together.
So if just playing PFS I can go by the Guide. So when would one use the Ultimate Campaign rules?
Those particular rules could be used in any non-PFS game where they are allowed by the GM, like any other optional rule set.
