I think it depends on whether you are the one making the check.
For Hydraulic Push I would argue that you get any bonuses (whether from haste, bless, Improved Bull Rush) because

You can use this blast of water to make a bull rush against any one creature or object. Your CMB for this bull rush is equal to your caster level plus your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier, whichever is highest.
On the other hand, these would not apply to Forceful Hand or Chain of Perdition because you are not the one making the check, the check is made by the object.

The forceful hand gets one bull rush attack per round. This attack does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Its CMB for bull rush checks uses your caster level in place of its base attack bonus, with a +8 bonus for its Strength score (27), and a +1 bonus for being Large.

The chain can perform the dirty trick (blind or entangle), drag, reposition, and trip combat maneuvers, using your caster level in place of your Combat Maneuver Bonus, and your Charisma modifier (sorcerer), Intelligence modifier (wizard), or Wisdom modifier (cleric) in place of your Strength or Dexterity modifier.

Ok, the rules seem like a mishmash but they might all be clear if you dig deep enough.

It takes damage as a normal creature, but most magical effects that don't cause damage do not affect it.
Thus, Interposing Hand would not be affected in any way by Haste or Bless.

This chain is a Medium object that has a 10-foot reach.
The Chain of Perdition is an object, so it doesn't count as a "creature" (and thus Haste can't be used on it,) and doesn't count as an Ally (and thus Bless doesn't affect it.)
