How does one make suggestions / recommendations for improving modules?

To whom it may concern,

Given: Modules are meant to be played 'as written'

Given: Sub-optimal parties of first-time players utilizing pre-gen characters seated at a table.

Given: A ruthlessly murderous scenario in the 1-5 category

How does one solve for Increasing player base while keeping the danger elements in play to keep things a challenge for new players while not killing them off outright?

I have feedback on a module I played at GenCon that might be useful and/or helpful in making the module a bit less broken in the event of the second item, while keeping some of the fear of the third item in place.

Where, who, or what do I start this process with?
