Creating a super "lucky support"

Advice

One of my campaigns is wrapping up and we're rebuilding, so I'm looking to create a monster support that specialises in being lucky or boosting the saves/rerolls of my party.

Thinking of a bard ideally but all the options available would be helpful. I love the idea of the feat "lucky halfling" which is what I'm after but with more uses ideally.

First thing that comes to mind would be either Witch with Fortune and Misfortune hexes or a Dual-Cursed Oracle who gets a similar set of revelations with the same names.
Both classes I think have enough spells to theme the spelllist around luck (or bad luck) with a bit more buffing on the oracle side and a bit more debuffing on the witch side.

If you go witch I recommend the cat familiar to balance out your lucky halfling with a black cat

Bard.

Bard, dualcursed oracle, some cleric domains, or witch
Hero point system
Spell Heroic Fortune and Mass Heroic Fortune

Bard.

Helpful Halfling, Aid Another build with a whip for range to give the bonuses(you won't need the whip feat tree if you're not trying to damage), all the "Saving X" spells, Bardsong, Masterpieces, etc.

Dip Dual-Cursed Oracle for the Fortune/Misfortune abilities. Possibly Lore for the Cha to all knowledges, so you can advise them just how to deal with whatever you are fighting.

I kind of like the Archivist(so long as you can keep the knowledges high) instead of the base bard for this so that they get hit/AC/Saves instead of hit/damage, but either is good choice.

The Bestow Luck feat fits the bill, but it's a 3 feat chain (and you need to be Human).

The Archivist looks spot on for what I want to do and with the Bestow Luck chain things look perfect for early levels.

Are there feats for improving aid bonuses or total defence?

There's a PrC, Halfling Opportunist but like the name suggests it's not ideal for humans. Racial Heritage would maybe allow it but you'd be feat starved trying to follow the Bestow Luck chain at the same time.

Swift Aid might be more accessible, or maybe Bodyguard though probably not both unless you dip fighter for the bonus feats.

Halfling Investigator with the Helpful trait and a reach weapon. You don't need to have a big BAB, because you're only trying to hit AC10 in order to grant your allies either a +4 to hit or a +4 AC per round from the Aid Another action.

At level 3 you can get the Effortless Aid talent. Now you can drop Aid Another two or three times per round, even on the same target. Since Aid Another is an untyped bonus it is supposed to stack. So now you've got options. Give an ally +12 to hit, or give the wizard a +12 to AC to avoid being hit. Or give three allies +4 to hit, or give one ally +4 to hit and +8 to AC.

Halfling evangelist cleric with the luck domain.

Add in halfling luck feats. If your DM allows monster feats. Quicken spell like ability bit of luck is freaking awesome.

Silver Crusade

Here's one way to play an evangelist cleric of the luck domain. This approach works for any race.

Since it hasn't been mentioned yet, make sure to take the Trait Fate's Favored for +1 to all your luck bonuses. All of them.

The Exchange

There is the Destined Bloodline. Could be what you're looking for.

Ya, I'd grab those with Eldritch Heritage though, since really only the 1st and 3rd abilities are very good though I must say Fated is a really really awesome luck bonus to saves, although you'll want to trade away your Halfling Luck if you go this route. Probably for either Adaptable Luck or Halfling Jinx. If you go with Adaptable Luck, don't forget the Fortunate One and Adaptable Fortune feats to increase the luck bonus to +4 (+5 with Fate's Favored).

the solution u seek can be found in the goddess chaldira zuzarista variant channeling of luck. Just add the feat that allows u to channel positive and negative energy and ur set. Negative channel is superior to positive. Leave the boosting of allies to your luck domain and whatever else you choose to use.

PS: get ur entire party to take fates favored.

I just realized that my goddess above cannot channel negative energy. despite this she can be very useful as her channel strongly supports what the OP wanted and has luck domain and other potential goodies.
