Can you check what's up with my account?

As expected, I paid for the August shipment with carefully hoarded store credit, leaving a minimal balance ($36.10).

However, an authorization for $125.90 just showed up in my bank account, and I can't figure out what it's for.

Can you poke around and let me know what's up? I can't figure out what condition would leave me with a store balance *and* charge my bank account.

Sorry for any confusion here! It looks like the system may have tried to authorize the Class Deck order (which I have now moved to your sidecart, because, sadly, they were delayed.)

The authorization related to that order should expire from your account soon.
The August subscription order should just be using your store credit.

Okay, so that charge went through all the way, and I'm really confused.

The email I got on 8/4 said it would use $313.47 of store credit, leaving me with $36.10.

However, when my package showed up, it had an invoice for $270.82, yet the full $313.47 was deducted from my store credit.

Now, that mystery charge of $125.90 that was supposed to expire went through as two separate charges, for $96.26 and $28.19 (which is $124.45, *about* $125.90). And it didn't use the outstanding store credit.

Can you check what's going on here? It seems like I'm missing about $43 in store credit, and have a erroneous charge for $124.45.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like the system got really confused when it tried to process this. I have done some poking and prodding, and think I have it all straightened out. So, there should be more store credit available again. Please let me know if anything else seems amiss.

I definitely understand the leakage, I can no longer make heads or tails of the order summary pages, they're just giant lists of numbers that don't seem to add up in any sane way.

Currently, I have order 3216612 and order 3191056.

Order 3191056 says it's complete, says the total is $124.45 (which matches the total I was charged), and shows a charge of $28.19 (which matches one of the two charges). However, none of the three listed shipments nor the sidecart adds up to either $28.19 or $96.26.

Then there's order 3216612, which is largely a duplicate of 3191056, and says the total is $314.76, but says it's using $313.47 in store credit (leaving an inexplicable $1.29 difference). Then, below, it makes even less sense, listing:

Store credit: -$689.84 (red, so I assume that means debit)
Visa/debit: -$96.26 (red again, debit, this is my other charge)
Store credit: $611.54 (green, so assume this is credit)

However, on my main page it says I still have exactly the same amount of store credit: $36.10.

So ... I'm thinking there's a good chance it's still messed up. According to my invoice, I've received $270.82 in product, yet been charged $313.47 in store credit *AND* $124.45 from my bank account, a total of $437.92.

I do realize you answered only a few minutes ago and maybe the system's not quite up-to-date, but I suspect it's still wonky.

Okay. The system just charged me ANOTHER $6.86.

Seriously - I've been overcharged by $173.96 at this point ($313.47 in credit and $124.45 and $6.86 in bank charges minus the $270.82 that's actually shipped).

I realize there's been some gigantic botch with some of the Skull & Shackles stuff, I'm really okay with that, but that doesn't explain the huge overcharge on my account, nor the mystery charge today.

So ... I posted the above on Monday and it's now Friday ... can you pretty please let me know what's going on?

I've reversed the auth for 6.86. Its having a hard time calculating store credit with all of the different packages and moving the add-on deck, etc. I've gone ahead and taken the base sets which are the last package for the order down to the warehouse so that I can make sure the order behaves correctly now.

Just FYI, I *think* my store credit should just be the $100 gift certificate I redeemed and the $10 doo-dad credit for Paizo Being Real Nice People. I think the rest of it actually balances out okay, it's just so incredibly hard to tell from the order pages :)

(I just went back, started in January, and recalculated all the bank charges, gift certificate purchases, and store credit redemptions instead of trying to figure out the order pages, and the difference is less than $10 so I'm thinking it's about right)

(except for the missing display of the $110 in store credit :)

(no need to DO anything, this was just FYI, if the $110 is still missing come the September shipment I'll start a new thread)

Looking at things now, it looks like there is some store credit back on your account. It looks like the system totally freaked out on the last order and applied too much. It looks like Katina refunded the overage on Friday. As far as I can tell, it looks like things should be correct (though there are a lot of orders to double check, so it's hard to tell for sure).
