Magus - using my stats for wands?

Rules Questions

Is there a way for me to use my stats for spells in a wand?

The DC for resinous skin is only 14 from a wand but if I can use my stats it'll be 24.

There's the Wand Mastery arcana, which lets you use your Int for wand effects.

Other than Wand Mastery, the only way to use your full stats (Feats included) with wands is to be a wizard.

How does the wizard get to add his/her casting stat to the wand?

EDIT: NVM, found the answer myself (Staff-like wand discovery, which can be taken at lvl 11+)
This means that while the magus gets earlier access to the trick, the wizard is still better at it, once he reaches lvl 11 (and takes the appropriate discovery), because he gets to add his own CL aswell as casting stat.
RE-EDIT:
Wand mastery For the Magus
Staff-like wand For the wizard
