There's a new PDF up from Wizards detailing the magic items, monsters, and spells from the first 5e adventure that aren't in the basic rules.
The spells all appear in the PHB, but the magical items are new and the monsters include our first look at their legendary (solo) creatures for 5e.
So, even if you're not running Hoard, it's a 30 page all-crunch preview document.
Cheers!

I actually looked at several of the spells in this supplement (didn't really look at them in the Basic PDF) and noticed that many spells require concentration, even Barkskin (which just sets your AC at a fixed number: 16 AC) requires it. I applaud the fact that they wanted to cut down on the ridiculous amount of buffing that casters were doing but I think they may have gone overboard.
It's interesting to see the monsters in their final versions. Hit points are high but AC's are pretty low, so monsters will be easy to hit but take a while to whittle down. The highest AC for any monster was a 20. The Ogre is an interesting example: Only AC 11 but 59(!) HP. This ain't your daddy's 4+1 HD 1E Ogre.
