I assume that it's just the leaders of the winning settlements and not every member of every winning settlement that gets alpha. Course I'd be happy to be wrong ...

So i checked out the blog about using the tech. Perhaps you could do more rounds. However instead of a land rush perhaps you could give the top couple guilds a smallhold and a round after that where they get a base camp?

The top "guilds" do not need smallholds. THe small groups will need them if they do not get more settlers (oops, that is a different game and has been online for possibly a decade (BSW).

Reset it, dont let any of the 33 guilds get them. So the other guilds fight for these things.

wow... mmk well thats a bit dissapointing, but I suppose asking to be a part of the alpha with early enrollment burgeoning only next month makes me think that the alpha will be short lived, I guess I'll just have to make do playing dark souls 2 till then. :(

Keep in mind, every Early Enrollee will get into Alpha before it's all over :)
