Playing my Oread monk for the 1st time this weekend and am planning on using the first 2PP to buy a wand for healing. I do apologize for the stupidity of this question with it coming from an experienced player. Since Oreads are native outsiders with a touch of earth elementals, can they receive clw healing or do they require infernal healing?

The only race that requires Infernal Healing is going to be Dhampirs.
Actually, they can be healed by a wand of inflict light wounds; it's on fewer spell lists than infernal healing, but has the advantage of being Core, so you can still use it even if you don't own the ISWG.
So, yeah... "requires" isn't quite the right word.

I do have the Oread racial boon from GMing at Chimaera Con this past April in San Antonio, TX. But thanks for the heads up. I have been sitting on this boon until after my other characters got too high for 1-2 tier stuff. My wizard could play it but there are too many spell casters and non tanks listed.
I am somewhat excited to start playing him with him being an Oread Monk of the four winds (electricity).

So the only one that actually needs infernal healing is the Wyrwood (A construct).
Admittedly, there are other spells...but they are higher level, so they would be prohibitive to use and/or buy wands for. Plus there is crafting and construct stuff, but again, this is a higher level option that is supposed to cover something you can do much earlier (in this case, healing naturally from ANY damage). Heck, the things die, permanently, once they hit 0 hp (and they completely lack any CON bonuses to hp).
Still, despite the trouble and near impossibility to use at early levels, those things can straight up wreck encounters due to their immunities. Most high level encounters more complicated than 'throw a t-rex at them' or 'throw a fireball at them' are often hard pressed to do anything to these buggers. Which is why they are the most you should generally not let them into your campaigns.
