There is actually a decent multiclass build with Monk.

Flowing Monk Archetype focusing on Tripping and TWF is actually a great way to generate Sneak Attacks.

You can take lvl 1-4 as flowing monk, then switch to ninja for 5-20. You use Wis as the base for your Ki pool so you can dump Cha. You can't use armor, but you gain Wis as AC so you're still good. (add bracers of armor if needed.)

Rough plan: Flurry of blows (trip), Greater Trip AoO, Vicious Stomp AoO (sneak attack), second attack from flurry (sneak attack). Enemy stands AoO (sneak attack). On your turn full attack with TWF with all hits being Sneak attacks, then make a trip attempt at the end to do it all over.

Something to think about.

Personally, I have had a lot of good results with a Monk2/NinjaX. Flurry of Blows, the save boosts, and all those bonus feats really helped.

Ki Mystic3 would even let you focus on Wisdom for your Ki Pool.

While I agree that Monk might not be the best choice for a ninja, for the sap adept it can be nice - use a quarterstaff or fists to flurry instead of light maces.

Also, did you consider the Moonlight stalker approach? It is feat intensive but considering that you will be invisible all the time after 10th level, it gives a +2/+2 to atk/dmg and with moonlight stalker feint you get a feint as a swift action to make them flat-footed. While not necessary to get sneak attacks, it can help your attacks land. Or again, with sap adept, the opponent has to be flat-footed for that to work, not just flanked/ denied dex.

Special mention should be made for Halfling Ninja as they can take the feat Risky Striker from the Advanced Race Guide. Take a -1 penalty to AC to gain a +2 bonus on damage against targets 2 sizes or more larger than you (so large size and up). The +2 damage increases by +2 every 4 BAB, just like Power Attack does, but the penalty to AC never increases.

Invisibility doesn't make opponents flat-footed, it only denies their dexterity bonus to AC.

I think it's interesting that you've only given Kamikaze one star. Given that it gives all your attacks the vicious weapon property for level/rounds, you can do truly crazy amounts of damage with this. Sure you damage yourself, but if you're getting enough attacks off, the enemy is too dead to strike back...

No, but feint does for your next attack unless you have greater feint. Moonlight feint allows you to make a feint attempt as a swift action if you have concealment against an enemy, which invisibility does do.

No it doesn't.

Feinting is a standard action. To feint, make a Bluff skill check. The DC of this check is equal to 10 + your opponent's base attack bonus + your opponent's Wisdom modifier. If your opponent is trained in Sense Motive, the DC is instead equal to 10 + your opponent's Sense Motive bonus, if higher. If successful, the next melee attack you make against the target does not allow him to use his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any). This attack must be made on or before your next turn.

When feinting against a non-humanoid you take a –4 penalty. Against a creature of animal Intelligence (1 or 2), you take a –8 penalty. Against a creature lacking an Intelligence score, it's impossible. Feinting in combat does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Shadow Clone: I would rate it lower. Downsides: you get 1d4 clones, not 1d4+1/3L. It also burns a standard, so it can hurt during combat. Before combat is great, but do you usually know when you will have combat? Also, my dice hate me, and I get 1 more than half the time.

Ki Mat: You get 1 Ki/hour if you make the check: Wisdom DC 10 + Current Ki. If you dumped Wisdom, this gets harder. At least you can try multiple times per day if you can spare the time.
