wizard bonded object question

Advice

Can a wizard make his bonded ring a ring of freedom of movement even though wizards don't have access to the spell? The wording in the entry for bonded object just says that you have to meet the level requirement.

Absolutely, just +5 the spellcraft roll.

It should be trivially easy actually. By the time a wizard gets to level seven and can use Forge Ring whether through a bonded object or a feat they usually have a spellcraft bonus of at least +14. Just by taking a basically mandatory skill at max ranks. The difficulty class of creating a Ring of Freedom of Movement without knowing the spell Freedom of Movement is 17.

Agreed, however a GM can still veto or require you to have a suitable cleric to help, depending on their house rules with regard to crafting magic items.

FYI - I believe this was originally posted to the Pathfinder Society forums. It's slightly less clear there, but uzaithmonki - you should be good to go by most opinions.

Thanks guys. This is indeed for society play, so I appreciate the interjection majuba.
