A quick search of the Additional Resources page shows that you probably need the Inner Sea World Guide or Dragon Empires Gazateer.
But this is one character detail where I can almost guarantee nobody's going to ask to see the book, even if they do check your references for everything else.

For the setting, it's clearly the best book around. For the game as a whole, I'd call it third behind the Core Rulebook and Advanced Players Guide.
lol, well I have the other two so I guess this one is next, and yeah Snig, I'm going after it as PDF. I got too many other hardcover books, so I've decided to try only getting the "class" books (ones with full classes in them) as hard covers. Everything else is pdfs.

So just looking at stuff. Is the Inner Sea Primer basically just information more for a player while the Inner Sea Guide is more of a setting piece with info for the GM?
The Inner Sea Primer is about a year older (2010 versus 2011). As I understand it, they're not really a GM/player set. The Primer is a reasonable quick introduction, though the Guide is also very handy for a player to own. The Primer has regional traits and some archetypes that I don't think have been printed elsewhere.
