Cannot Change, or add new, Payment Method


Customer Service


When I look at "My Account" page, it says I have zero payment methods.

When I look at "My Subscriptions" it shows my current payment method.

When I try to add or change my payment method, even though the website goes through the process, nothing changes.

Please help.

We rolled some new code in the past few hours that should address this. If you want to try updating your payment method it should work as intended. If you do find that the system is still having trouble shoot me an email to erik.keith@paizo.com with just the last 4 digits of the payment method and I'll be glad to set it for you. Thanks!
