Does the rage power only trigger once for a full-attack action or does it trigger for every attack from creatures with multiple attacks?

As long as the barbarian has AoO to spare, it does. A full-attack action is one action but it contains several attacks.

Every attack provokes. Provided you have Combat Reflexes you may be able to take advantage of that, remeber that without Combat Reflexes you only get one AoO per round. With Combat Reflexes you get 1+Dex mod.

And I am running a mythic campaign, so I plan on picking up mythic combat reflexes and ever ready as a guardian so the number AoOs I will have is not going to be a big issue
