Customer Service


I just noticed you guys had a customer service forum. I made an order on June 29th that still hasn't shipped, and in email correspondence I was told it was because of the backordered item.

I was offered to split the order or just cancel the backordered item as it is holding up the original order.

I emailed back saying to just cancel the backordered item, my original email was not responded to, and I had to send another one a week later to get a reply, I just noticed you guys have a customer service forum, and I know emails might get lost, so I'm posting here.

I would like the backordered item completely cancelled.

Thanks. Not trying to spam you guys, just wanting to make sure I get my order sent asap.

I was able to cancel the backordered book. The rest of your order should be shipping out shortly, you'll get a confirmation email from us as soon as it ships from the warehouse. :)
